Sand casting
Our sand casting products include standard corner fittings, series of special corner fittings and lock fittings and steel components used in construction. In the new circumstance, our company has promoted industrial restructuring actively. We have introduced the production lines covers shell producing, pouring, lacquer immersing, etc. At the same time, we eliminated the outdated production technology. So our production capabilities has promoted from 30 thousand sets per year at the beginning of company foundation to 200 thousand sets per year in present. Production technology of our special corner fitting has matured, and our company of special corner fitting production has occupied the number one in the whole country. Overall, our annual output value of sand casting exceed 10 million yuan.
Precision casting
On the base of traditional products, our company introduced the international advanced precision casting technology of silicon sol production line. Under the leadership of Tsinghua University casting professional experts, an advanced technology and scientific management team was established, which management and technical staff are college-level or higher qualifications.
